Thanks to Indira (Mahanandi) I was introduced to Pedatha and received my copy from amazon last week. We (me and amma) made the Vangi Bath yesterday. I don’t know if we prepared it exactly like Pedatha but it was an exotic preparation. The coriander leaves and pappu powder in this recipe, I think, is very unique to Andhra… Thanks to you for bringing to us such a beautiful memory that we will cherish for many more generations to come….
